Cookware, road signs, and lamp covers, among other things, are made from aluminum discs that are arranged in a circular pattern. There are many different sizes and shapes available to meet the needs of different applications, including DC aluminum circles, CC aluminum discs, and anodized aluminum discs. It is also available in a variety of colors. In light of these distinctions, the specific manufacturing process varies to a certain degree in its own right.

It is preferable to use deep drawing with a smaller grain size for DC aluminum circles than it is to use deep drawing with a larger grain size for DC aluminum circles. It's also worth noting that the price is relatively expensive. While CC aluminum circles have seen significant advancements in processing technology in recent years, they can now be used in some applications in place of DC aluminum circles.
It is prohibitively expensive to use an automatic aluminium circle supplier punching machine to produce super large sizes, such as those with diameters greater than 800 mm, despite the fact that it is highly efficient for the production of conventional aluminum circles for cookware.
